Comparison of separation of newly synthesized hydrophobic drugs by micellar capillary elestrophoresis and capillary liquid chromatography

Abstract

MCE and RP-CLC are efficient separation techniques for analysis of hydrophobic compounds.In the optimized separation systems calibration dependences of all tested 9-(thioalkyl)acridine derivatives were measured. Similar detection limits were obtained.
