Language Humor Features of Jaroslav Žák (and Vlastimil Rada)

Abstract

Jaroslav Žák is one of forgotten Czech authors, who has stayed little familiar thanks to films "Cesta do hlubin študákovy duše (Way to the depths of student´s soul)" and "Študáci a kantoři (Students and Teachers)". Not turning attention to the sripts relating to the Žák´s works very broadly, we must say that the evaluating features of these films are humor and reflextion of school surroundings.

We concerns in our study mainly to the language features of humor in "student" stories and Hero trilogy.
