Clinical case: Intertriginous purpura

Abstract

This paper describes the case of a patient with symptoms of intertriginous purpura. Clinical findings were below image shows groin, periorbital and perigenital purpura.

After successful exploratory biopsy in Congo red staining was detected amyloid. It was a manifestation in systemic amyloidosis.
