Abandoned anthropogenic landscapes: Are they potentially multifunctional?

Abstract

The long-term monitoring of abandoned industrial deposits with all of the studied aspects should profit from multiscale links across the hierarchical levels involved (ecology of population, community, ecosystem and landscape).
