Abstract
The chapter is mapping the freedom of establishment of business in EU law, namely: EU approach to freedom of establishment, scope of the freedom of establishment rules, legal limitations of the freedom and exeptions from the rules , their rationale and legal justification, uniform statutes of European companies.
