Abstract

The concept of individual plays a decisive role in Kierkegaard. Only the individual can live an authentic life, and only if the man is a true individual is separated from the masses and become a Christian, as Kierkegaard says, according to the New Testament.

Kierkegaard is a critic person of his time, the impact of Hegel's philosophy and religious dogmatists who did not recognize the importance of the individual. Our study is devoted briefly to the interpretation of the individual in Kierkegaard's thought
