Abstract
Laboratory diagnosis includes targeted in gastroenterology, diagnostic methods, specific programs screeninové functional and non-invasive investigative programs using modern methods for detection of analytes in the stool or through breathing tests. Screening (search) programs are focused on the early diagnosis of the disease, which otherwise remain in this early stage, unrecognized.
