The participants were further divided into age groups 25–34 years and 35–45 years. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire survey (Physical Self Perception Profile).

When comparing entire files were found statistically significant differences in the subscale Physical Condition. Comparing age groups indicated significance for subscales Strength and Physical Condition.

Both samples show higher values in the test PSPP and confirm the general findings of the sporting population. Based on these data, we see that in the perception and evaluation of physical self-concept among Swedish and Czech fitness center clients partially confirm the findings in other studies.
