"Financial institution" as an attempt to regulate the uncontrollable

Abstract

The author deals with the process of constitutionalisation as a consequence of the rigid Institute during the 19th century, financial issues in the constitutions of other countries and in the Czech Republic and critical remarks on the draft constitutional law on fiscal responsibility.
