Constitutional law on fiscal responsibility as possible criteria for the review of the constitutionality of laws

Abstract

The author analyzes the draft constitutional law on fiscal responsibility and does not exclude that if it becomes part of the constitutional order may serve as criteria for the review of the constitutionality of the law in the abstract review of the constitutionality of acts carried out by the Constitutional Court.
