Inclusion is a topic, which appears in the Czech context very often in the context of social exclusion. In should become a concept, which might help to solve it.
We know from abroad that the concept f inclusion can work under several circumstances, which would be accompanied by changing of culture - shared values, meanings. Inclusion requires also activating of many players - goverment, school leadership and teachers, parents and pupils.
Teachers and their trust in inclusion are crucial. I introduce in this article a qualitative research based on interviews with teachers in one smaller town in central Bohemia.
