Abstract
A reviw article deals with the latest results of randomised studies regarding the treatment of the castration-resistant prostate cancer.The individual chapters comment on the prognosis of this stage, quality of life with metastatic prostate cancer, treatmen with abiraterone and specific studies on quality of life in the treatment of this medication.
