Prostate-specific antigen level and detection of circulating tumour cells in castration-resistant prostate cancer
Abstrakt
Original work evaluates the correlation of prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels with the detection of circulating tumor cells (CTC) in patients with prostate cancer indicated for chemotherapy. Furthermore, we evaluate the importance of a decline in PSA levels during chemotherapy with respect to the change in the detection of CTC.
