Abstract
Comment author team is dedicated to the new law on private international law, which comes into effect on 1 First 2014. An introduction to Czech private international law and process in a broader perspective.
In addition to detailed annotated provisions of the new law, including related basic literature and applicable case law, provides an overview of bilateral and multilateral international agreements in this sector and also briefly outlines the rules that are part of the European private international law, in particular Regulation EU.
