Abstract
The preface points mainly to the thematic priority of the yearbook, Prague German literature, particularly to the contributions to the symposium “Young Prague and the Spring Generation”, which proceeded at the Czech Centre of Prague in December 2011 in celebration of the centenary of the Prague German writer Victor Hadwiger’s death and which was organized by the Institute for Germanic Studies at Charles University in cooperation with the house of literature of German-speaking writers in Prague.
