Abstract
In the Article, the author summarizes legal opinions concerning finishing of the legislative process in the case of dissolution of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic under Article 35 of the Czech Constitution and application of the Senate statutory measures, being expressed instantly after the Chamber of Deputies dissolution this year. He considers particular arguments used to support the legal opinions and presents own opinion.
