Abstract
The author explains the evolution of the concept Whistleblowing in the Czech Republic. For almost unknown concept five years ago is something that nobody from interested surprising.
Said term related to the concepts of employee loyalty to the employer. In conclusion, the author introduces a government bill to protect whistleblowers crimes and the Senate of the Czech Parliament draft law on measures to increase the level of protection of whistleblowers jedenání, which is not consistent with the public interest.
