Abstract

In the first part of the article we deal with subjective (implicit) theories of the teacher and their influence on the teacher’s work. We present basic strategies that will allow the teachers to learn their subjective theories.

In the second part we show the possibilities of using self-diagnostic of the teacher in the internal self-evaluation of the school and discuss some chosen ethic questions.
