On the ergodicity of dynamic Monte Carlo simulations of multichain or star systems

Abstract

The dynamic Monte Carlo simulation algorithm, which is based on dissolving and regrowing a randomly chosen thethered chain by the configuration-bias Monte Carlo (CBMC) method, is presented and the proof of its ergodicity is given.
