Abstract
The article concerns the sphere of unmarried cohabitating couples under the Czech legal system withregard to the proposal of new czech civil code. The main concern is focused on the patrimonial aspects of cohabitation within the civil law relationships as well as within the other legal branches (social security system, taxes)
