Synthesis of trans-Fused Sesquiterpenoid Analogues by Zirconocene-Mediated Metallo-ene Reaction

Abstract

Cyclization of alkyl-substituted dienes yielded trans-substituted cyclopentanes that were transfromed to tricyclic sesquiterpenoid analogs.
