Cytoplasmic helicase encoded by pGKL plasmids

For production of putative helicase we used T7-based system and despite of difficulty with production of AT rich sequences we successfully expressed ORF4p helicase in E. coli. Further, we partly purified ORF4p helicase by affinity chromatography
