Report on the content of contributions presented at the workshop held at Law Faculty in May 2012 focusing the first ever rejection by the Constitutional Court of EU Member State to apply the decision of the European Cout of Justice i nthe wel known case of "Slovak pensions" (Judgment of the Czech CC No. Pl. ÚS 5/12 and judgment of the CJ oF EU C-399/09 Landtova).
