Abstrakt

TLR2 and TLR4 expression is significantly modulated in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting. The very surgical trauma is responsible for TLR2, 4 modulation.

Cardiopulmonary bypass itself was little contributing to the modulating of TLR2, 4 expression.
