Abstract
The presented „Bedecker of surgical approaches to the vessels“ offers to surgeons by the experience´verified optimal approaches to the all principal vessels of the human body by the very instructive presentation in which the orientation is very uncomplicated. The general part summarizes the basic principles of vascular surgery which are the absolute prerequisities of the optimal use of the Bedecker, particularly the neccessary basic instruments, anticoagulation, vascular suturing and connections, the dissection of the venous autotransplant.
The special chapters are logically divided into individual anatomical parts of arterial systém. In the same way are described the individual vessels and the principal approach is based on the color drawings together with a short and clear text.
The Bedecker is aimed primarily on the surgeons of different specialities which can find themselves in the situations where they should manage the Injury of the different vascular structures or peroperative complications of another procedure. The exceptional clearness of the Bedecker is due to the originál complex and simultaneously individual attitude to all principal vascular structures accompanied by the concrete explanatory text.
The Bedecker should be the valuable assistant for the handling of said problems on the surgical theatre.
