Horkheimer and Marcuse: Authors of Programmatic Theses of the Critical Theory

Abstract

From a perspective of the trichotomy criticism/description/normativity, the article deals with Max Horkheimer's and Herbert Marcuse's main theses as articulated in their programmatic documents of the Critical Theory and their other articles published in the Critical Theory journal Zeitschrift fűr Sozialforschung.
