Abstract

: Public corporations, acting as units of local self-government, professional associations and other self-governing bodies are legally endowed with public power, which may interfere with personal rights of the individuals. Their procedures, especially their statutory regulations, individual administrative acts as well as their inactivity are subject to various forms of administrative supervision and judicial control in order to protect the law or rights of individuals.

Significant differences objectively exist between administrative and judicial control of territorial and other public corporations, many differences can be also found in the control of each professional association. This paper examines the possibilities of administrative and judicial review procedures of administrative bodies of public corporations regarding protection of legality, protection of rights of individuals, but also to ensure the legitimate interests of self-governmental authorities.
