How genetic transformation and high cytokinin content affects plant resistence to viral infection

Abstrakt

Transgenic tobacco plants overproducing endogenous cytokinins were stressed by viral infection. Metabolic effects of potyviral infection were studied (antioxidant enzymes, PR1 proteins, fotosynthetic enzymes).
