Constraint management as a effective tool of an aplication of knowledge management in a company practice

Abstract

Constraint management results from the Theory of Constraint (TOC) and since the 90' achieves in various spheres of a company practice (production, sale, finance, project management). This approach centralizes on the identification, maximal use and resulting elimination of constraints, that delay longtime assurance of the growing profite of a company.
