Abstract

Another aspect in which the Czechoslovak position was unfavourable as compared to more advanced countries was in the structure of its export - a high share of raw materials and semi-finished goods, and a preponderance of goods in which only a small amount of human labour and know-how had been invested. The patent statistic dates validate the middle development of cz. economy.
