Thermal Stability of the Human Blood Serum Acid Alpha1-Glycoprotein (Orosomucoid) in Acidic Media

Abstract

Thermal stability of acid glycoprotein was studied in the pH range 1.5-5.2 between temperatures 25 and 80 degrees Celsius using optical methods in UV-region.
