Platelet second messenger concentrations in early stages of Alzheimer´s dementia and schizophrenia

Abstrakt

The impaired second messenger phosphoinositide signaling system is important in the early pathogenesis of Altheimer´s dementia and schizophrenia. Oposite changes were found in both compared diagnostic entities.
