Membrane and soluble Toll-like receptor 2 in patients with psoriasis treated by Goeckerman therapy

Abstract

The serum level of sTLR-2 was significantly lower in patients with psoriasis before and after GT compared to the healthy controls. TLR-2 expression was significantly higher in patients with psoriasis before and after GT compared to the healthy controls.
