Abstract
The monograph is focused on the integrated rescue system, which is in the Czech Republic legally anchored. Based on the training needs population of the Czech Republic at the emergency rescue and liquidation works and the protection of population before and during declaration of crisis situations.
It shows the historical context of the individual components of the integrated rescue system and the current state of legislation, or the further improvement of legislation in the early 21st century.
