Abstract
Introducing the subject of Crisis Management in the public administration and academic sphere was associated with specific issues. Efforts to meet the schedule within which the emergency plans should be created, led to immediate training of all participants in the state and municipal administration.
Subsequently, there was a demand for Crisis Management teaching in the academic sphere. The entire process is described in the text.
Enhancing this subject's teaching standards remains in the focus at all educational levels.
