What to do with companies which were established until December 31, 2013?

Abstract

The Act on Companies and Cooperatives should be applied on companies, which were established after January 1, 2014. Companies which were established before this day, have two possibilities: opt in to the new law or (if they do nothing) be regulated by the old law.

Temporary provision cause great amount of problems in praxis.
