Abstract
The publication is the first complex text introducing definition and characteristic of general practice in the Czech Republic, diagnostic and therapeutic technologies and procedures in practice. In the general part the content and charasteristic of the discipline , the tools for quality assesment and teaching methodologies are described.
The special part of the book comprises of actual practical quidelines for general practitioners.
