Abstract
Article deals with selected provisions of the Euratom Treaty, in particular with the provisions governing the management with ores, raw materials and special fissile materials. It points out key legal issues of the Chapter VIII (Ownership to special fissile materials), the Chapter VI (Common Supply Policy) and of the Chapter VII (Safeguards).
Further, the article deals with distribution of competencies among the Council, the Commission and the Member States in these fields.
