Abstract

In today's international law there are specific international mechanisms for reparation of damages caused by a rule in the recent or distant past. Most of them were created or designed in the context of post-war reconstruction countries that have undergone international or domestic armed conflict.

Due to various circumstances under which arose, there is no single model odškodňovacího mechanism.
