Abstract

The article explains the establishment of International Criminal Court and compares the roots of political conduct causing violent conflicts. The following part analyzes the process with Thomas Lubanga as the first person condemned by Internatinal Criminal Court and accused of mass violation of human rights.

Further it deals with the accusation of Omar a-Bashir of crimes against humanity. The conclusion emphasizes the structural context and importance of international law for evaluation of the dictators.
