Abstract
In Czech hospitals are not cured only Czech patients, but also increasing amount of foreigners. Foreign patients are from different cultures with specific nutrition needs.
The article is focused on biggest world religions and philosophical systems and their special need in nutrition, especially in times of fasts and religion feasts. The article is written in a practical way, emphasising most important differences, which can be seen.
