Abstract
The reconstruction of the major defects of teeth can seriously affect the state of maxillofacial region and cause significant changes in the tone of masticatory muscles. The aim of this report is to present the results of the research conducted on healthy volunteers which was focused on the examination of correlation between the inclination of occlusal plain in two projections and the tone of the single groups of muscles.
