Abstract
The aim of the specialized map is to capture the major trends in new housing construction in the suburban area of Prague municipalities in terms of its scope, nature and timing of new housing. The evaluation is based on two typologies of municipalities that use data on the development of housing construction from 1997 to 2011.
The timing of the housing shows a gradual development of the area out of which the general future development can be assumed.
