Abstract

Introduction : Implementation of adhesive technology to the treatment of dental caries brought recognizable progress in dental practice , manifested not only highly aesthetic result of treatment , but also the possibility to save a large amount of hard dental tissues , leading to the loss of former filling technology with invasive dissection of carious lesions to achieve mechanical retention filling materials. Early stopping the progression of caries using adhesive Technology has paved the way for stronger preventive effect of treatment of dental caries, accelerated the ever continuing development of adhesive on a composite materials , providing acceptably long life of them made reconstruction.

Objective : The aim of the experimental part of the study was to clarify the effect of whitening carbamide peroxide bleaching gel on the shear bond strength between dental hard tissues and composites for four adhesive systems with different workflow. Results: The bleaching gel významněsnížil bond strength to dentin skloviněi for simplified one-step adhesives Adper Prompt and iBond a character nápadnězměnil fracture at the adhesive Adper Prompt in the peripheral area of the adhesive bond.

Conclusion: The results show that adhezivněfixované výplněmohou be negatively affected carbamide peroxide whitening gel , with various adhesives exhibit differential resistance. Selection of a suitable adhesive material and workflow executed základěvědeckého the justification and experimental verification under various stress conditions , thus giving significant research carried out preventive and clinical meaning practice brings indications and procedures based on evidence.
