Nuclear Law and its Perspectives in Central Europe

Abstract

This contribution called "Nuclear law and its perspectives in the area of middle Europe" deals with the current legal, social, economic and environmental aspects of nuclear law in the mentioned area. Security, safety, profitability and public opinion are key terms for understanding future direction of nuclear law.

The purpose of the article is to refer shortly about all main aspects of this issue. In the legal dimension is mentioned international - and for selected area important - European framework.

Following current situation based on Fukushima disaster in 2011 and subsequent development are submitted questions about future situation. Emphasis is put to joint assessment all elements - at social and economic issue of energy independence; economic and environmental in the view of carbon emissions; social and environmental in the question of nuclear waste.

All together related with law and also with politics.
