Abstract
Trombocytopenia (ITP) caused by previous vaccination is rare and history of the episod is not connected with elimination of other childhood or adult vaccination in almost cases. The awareness of preventable infectious diseases is crucial in decision responsibilities.
Inevitable part of vaccination management is knowledge of higher rate of ITP caused by natural infections (measles, rubella, varicella, influenza,…)
