Treatment of active, progressive, refractory rheumatoid arthritis i nthe past and today

Abstract

The authors present a case report of a 57-year women (doctor) treated for severe rheumatoid arthritis at the Institute of Rheumatology by one of the autors of this publications since 1980. The case demonstrates the evolvement of pharmacotherapy and rheumatoid arthritis surgery over the past three decades.
