Manual of Topographical Dissection

Abstract

The manual serves as a guide to the topographical dissection course for the 2nd year medical students. The course is devided into 16 days and deals with the topographical regions of the head and neck, trunk and extremities.

In each region are described the bounderies, the skin incisions and the anatomical structures encountered during the dissection from the superficial to the deep layers. The structures and their relationships are depicted in schematic drawings.

Clinical notes emphesize the structures most important from the clinical point of view.
