Circulating Heat Shock 90 (HSP 90) in patient with rheumatoid arthritis and axial spondyloarthritis

Abstract

Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP 90) is involved in the regulation od immunological and inflammatory responses, and its inhibition has been effectively used in the treatment of several animal models of autoimmune disease. The result of the study highlight the potential significance of HSP 90 in the regulationon the inflammatory process in rheumatoid arthritis.
