Abstrakt
This paper focused on issues of the legal regulation of the financial market. The view of the Czech legal science on these issues shall be offered to the readers.
The relevant information about theoretical definitions of legal regulation, the financial market supervision and its classification and about financial market supervision organization shall be brought about. Furthermore, actual information about the financial market supervision in the Czech Republic shall be mentioned.
Everything from the point of view of influence of international instructions, namely the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision shall be discussed as well.
